After Modern Nissan tried to rip me off for a new transmission, I went to Franco’s. I was given an honest answer to the problem I was having and it wasn’t a new transmission! I’m thankful and grateful to have found Franco’s. This will be my mechanic!

Listen… I came in early in the morning with a full to do list of repairs! This wonderful team of men immediately started to check my car to verify the damages and ordered the parts to service my vehicle. Luckily for me I lived close by so they even gave me a ride home so I could get back to my children. They got all my work done, and kept me updated on the status of my car throughout. His prices are beyond reasonable! & I could go all day about how accommodating they were for me but, to make it short, if you need any mechanical assistance CHECK FRANCO’S OUT FIRST! I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!! I was quoted at almost x3 the rate for less service done at other shops, because they tried to take advantage of me, but here they DID NOT! I’m forever grateful for what they did for me, and I would’ve hugged everyone on the way out because the service was just that great! They might not know it, but we’re family now! Lol… But seriously, If I have issues in the future, I KNOW WHERE TO GO! Mucho gracias! 🙏🏾

This business does good work and is very reasonably priced in my experience. I live in Charlotte and needed a transmission rebuild, but Charlotte shops were quoting outrageous prices and would not budge on their prices. I called Francos Transmission in Kannapolis and the owner listened to my situation and quoted me a very good price compared to all the other shops in Charlotte. I dropped my van off on a Saturday and he completely rebuild my Transmission and had me back on the road within 5 working days. I am greatly appreciative for Franco and his crew, and would recomend everyone to give him a call before committing to another shops outrageous prices. Thanks Franco, God Bless You, your crew, and your family. Update! 05/20/26 Franco and Tim rebuilt my transmission a few months ago. The transmission is working great and shifts as it should. But, for some reason the gear shift cable came loose from the transmission. I zip tied it on and went to Franco’s transmission this morning unannounced. Franco was on a parts run but Tim was in shop. Without any complication or delay Tim put my van on the lift and repaired the issue without even asking for extra money. In my experience this

I’m not to familiar with cars and get very nervous to let just anybody work on my car so when I finally was introduced to Franco‘s transmission, I have not stopped going since he is very nice and quick and he will provide everything you need. All you have to do is drop off your car and keys and he will do everything else for you. That make it super easy for me .. and my car is always done same day .. 10/10 recommend

Just experienced the best auto service EVER! Diagnostic, parts ordered and replaced in an expedient manor. Best customer service, honest and fair pricing. I will definitely be a repeat customer for all vehicle services. Highly and whole heartedly recommend Franco's Transmission to anyone! Treated me like family. I now have new friends!!
